Editing toolbar.You can connect two nonparallel
entities by extending or trimming them and then joining them with a line to
create a beveled edge. You can chamfer lines, polylines and arcs. To use this
select 'Chamfer' from Modify menu bar or select icon from
Editing toolbar.
Steps to Chamferthe two Entities :-
Select the Chamfer tool.
Specify the 'Chamfer Distance'.
Select the first entity
Select the second entity.

In above fig.1 'L' and 'M' are two entities which to be chamfered. To do chamfering do all steps as described above and you will get chamfering between these two lines as shown in fig. 2.
You can only chamfer two Line entities.
