Spline are the smooth curves passing through the given points.
To draw a Spline you need to specify N points through which the curve needs to be passed. While you specify the points the points will be connected by straight lines as shown in figure below.
After you have finish with point input, a curve passing approximately through most of these points will be made. The curve made is tangential continuos at all the points. The figure below shows the spline made through the input points.

Steps :
Select 'Spline' tool from Insert menu or from Entity toolbar.
Mark no. of points through which you want to pass a smooth curve.
After marking press right key of mouse. You will get a desire spline.
