The parts having inclined cuts on one or both side edges are called Miter Parts. Because of inclined cut they may be trapezoidal in shape or other shapes. Some sample of miter parts are shown below.
Types of Miter Parts
Depending on the cut angle, shape of miter parts is decided. There two side angle which we have to specify for the miter parts. These are 'Left Angle' (LA) and 'Right Angle'(RA). Also there value decide wether shape of miter part is trapezoidal, rhombus etc. It might be positive, negative or zero. Another thing is that there is limitation for specifying value of angle.
Positive Angle :- This angle always shows the cut this way ' / ' and you can specify its value in between 0 to 75 degree.
Negative Angle :- This angle always shows the cut this way ' \ ' and you can specify its value in between 0 to -75 degree.
