Rack database contains the information about the racks available like the sizes of the glass it can store.
Racks Database Dialog
| Name | Shows the name of the rack. Each rack has to have unique name. This will be used to identify the rack while keeping the glass in the racks. |
| Avail Qty | Shows the total available quantity of racks. |
| Used Qty | Shows the used quantity of racks. This field is automatically updated once you have optimized the job and generated the labels. Once the racks are free (has no glasses in them), you have to decrease the used qty, so that they are available for reuse. |
| No Of Slots | Shows Number of slots available per rack. |
| Min Thick | Shows Minimum thickness of part that can be placed in a given rack. |
| Max Thick | Shows Maximum thickness of part that can be placed in a given rack. |
| Min Length | Shows Minimum length of part that can be placed in a given rack. |
| Max Length | Shows Maximum length of part that can be placed in a given rack. |
| Min Width | Shows Minimum width of part that can be placed in a given rack. |
| Max Width | Shows Maximum length of part that can be placed in a given rack. |
| Model | Shows model of the rack purchased. |
| Manufacturer | Manufacturer of the rack. |
| Purchase date | Purchase date of rack. |
In above dialog, fields from Name to Max Width are mandatory to be filled, except Used Qty.
Set Picture: 
For each rack you can set it's picture by clicking on Set Picture... button and then selecting the picture file.
Note : Once the racks used are free, i.e., it contains no glasses in it, then you would like to reuse those racks. For this purpose, you have to manually reduce the Used Qty field by the number of racks that are returning. Typically for insulated glass units, this happens when the glasses are send to the insulating line for making the units.
