Pan

You can move the drawing in any direction using the Pan tools. Panning shifts or slides the view of the drawing horizontally, vertically, or diagonally. The magnification of the drawing remains the same, as does its orientation in space. The only change is the portion of the drawing displayed.

To select the tool choose 'View > Pan' or select icon from View toolbar.
