Using this dialog, the user can input value in one units and get value in another desired unit.
There are 2 Edit boxes and 2 combo boxes
The From Value needs a value which the user wants to convert to another unit.
Select the unit from the adjacent combo to specify the unit in which the entered value is.
The To Value is a read only edit box. In the adjacent unit combo user has to select the unit he wants to convert the entered value to.
The To Value Edit box then shows the converted value.
