You can customize the amount of detail and the layout of your RTF Output using the Tools->Word Output Settings menu or toolbar. You can select different items from the list box on the left, to be output. The list box on the right, lists the fields that have been selected for output. By default all the information is output.
Add Button: To Add information to be send to RTF output, Select the item from the left side list box, and then click on the Right arrow button. This will add the selected information to the right side List box.
Remove Button: To remove information, select the item from the right side list box, and then click on this Left button. This will remove the selected information.
The Order of the Information displayed in RTF output corresponds to the order of information in the right side List box . Using these buttons user can arrange the information in the desired order.
The meaning of the items listed is given below.
Header Information: Gives general information such as filename, customer name, Id etc and Job No.
Stock Information: Gives detailed information about the stocks.
Part Information: Gives detailed information about the Parts.
Large Parts Split Info: Gives detailed information about the joints required to make the part, Along with a table showing Cut No, Cut Type, Dim, Rest.
Summary Results: Gives Overall Summary of the Optimization Results.
Layout Information: Gives detailed information about the Layouts with Stock Used, Parts involved, Offcuts made along with Cost and Utilization Percentage.
Part Used Information: Gives detailed information about the Parts needed and parts nested.
Remaining Parts Summary Table: Gives detailed information about the parts that couldn't be Nested.
Stock Used Information: Gives detailed information about the Stocks available and Stocks Used.
Cutting List Information: Gives detailed information about the Parts, Part Dimension and Occurrence of the part in different layouts, for instance Part 12, of size 150x5501 is found in Layouts 23 (quantity 1) and in Layout 7 (quantity 1).
Stock And Part Information: Gives detailed information about stocks used to make layout and parts in the Layouts along with stock and part dimension & utilization percentage.
Layout Drawings: Displays Layout Drawing along with stock details. fig below shows First of 24 layouts made. The layout has to be cut on Stock 1 of dimension 1260x6320 and has to be cut once.
Bill Of Materials For Layout: Below Each layout, Bill Of Material For that layout will be displayed.
Cutting Instructions For Layout: Displays Various Knife Positions For Each Layout.
